Botanical excursion to the nature reserve Barranco de Ruiz

Between El Rosario and the small village Orilla de la Vera you will find the landscape protection area of Ruiz. With excellent panoramic views we walk through the high laurel forest to the coast. Here we not only meet a colorful and at the same time magnificent fauna and flora but also the old caves and a little waterfall which in ancient time has been the life elixir of the Guanches. After this we quench our thirst in a small rustic Cabaña.
